Our meeting rooms can be booked for a minimum of 2 hours.

Access to the booked meeting rooms is provided by our on-site Community Baristas.

All our meeting rooms are set up on a “plug and play” basis, so you can get started straight away. You are welcome to enter the room 15 minutes before your booking begins.

Yes, it is possible to extend your booking during opening hours, provided the room is not already reserved during that time.

Yes, cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. After that, cancellation fees apply, which depend on the room booked and the duration of the booking.

Payment will be invoiced after the meeting.

Yes, we love dogs in our spaces. Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead in the communal areas.

There is a printer station in each of our spaces. The printer is connected to our local network and can therefore be accessed from anywhere.
